Green-T^® Kelp Iron with Manganese & Fulvic that is in the desirable 3:1 ratio. This 3:1 ratio of iron to manganese is ideal to promote naturally deep green turf. Iron and manganese act as an enzyme to promote chlorophyll development within the turf blade and influence photosynthesis.

The acid-based technology utilized in Green-T^® Kelp Iron with Manganese & Fulvic Acid aids in dissolving bicarbonates which, in turn, makes nutrients more available to the turf.

ALPHA MAT Solutions- These are exclusive Plant Food Company products which utilize our proprietary Mineral Acid Technology as the foundation to each formulation. This long-lasting acid based material performs for 21-28 days by releasing tied up nutrients, plus contains a soil penetrant for uniform water movement and salicylic acid that helps the plant manage the available moisture. 

Will ALPHA MAT Solutions benefit you? When you get a heavy rainfall, does your turf “green up” dramatically a day after?  If you are nodding your head YES, then ALPHA MAT Solutions will work wonders for you. This overnight green up is likely due to high bicarbonate soils. Why does this happen? Rain water pH is low and this acidic rain water solubilizes tied-up calcium bicarbonate. The available calcium can displace the sodium, and overnight, you will witness a greener, healthier turf.

When you have tied up soil nutrients, they cause no harm, but they are also not usable. So, what breaks the bonds and makes these nutrients available? The answer: ACIDS. When you can acidify the moisture around the bonded nutrients, the acidity of the water (high amounts of hydrogen) will weaken the bonds allowing the bonded nutrients to be released. In other words, ACID based products, such as ALPHA MAT Solutions, will solubilize nutrients and make them more available for plant up-take.

Directions for Use:

Greens, Tees & Fine Turf: Apply 2.0 - 6.0 oz of Green-T® Kelp Iron with Manganese & FulvicAcid with 1.5 - 2 gallons of water per 1,000 sq. ft. (0.7 - 1.4 gallons of Green-T® Kelp Iron with Manganese & Fulvic Acid with 66 - 88 gallons of water per acre) weekly, or as needed, throughout the growing season. Applications should be made in the early or late daylight hours.

Avoid spraying in periods of low humidity or when turf is under severe stress).

Fairways, Roughs, Sports Turf & Lawns: Apply 0.7 - 2.0 gallons of Green-T® Kelp Iron with Manganese & Fulvic Acid with 44 - 88 gallons of water per acre (2.0 - 6.0 oz of of Green-T® Kelp Iron with Manganese & Fulvic Acid with 1 - 2 gallons of water per 1,000 sq. ft.) every 3 to 4 weeks, or as needed, throughout the growing season.

Compatibility: Green-T® Kelp Iron with Manganese & Fulvic Acid is compatible with most technical materials when mixed with adequate water. Always make sure you perform a jar test before mixing chemicals in your tank.

Attention: Avoid application to painted surfaces as discoloration may occur. Green-T® Kelp Iron with Manganese & Fulvic Acid is corrosive to mild steel, aluminum and brass. Use only stainless steel or PVC fittings.
