Foremula™ LiquaLime
Foremula™ LiquaLime is a liquid carbonate with three different calcium sources and sulfur from Thiosulfate. It is an alternative and supplement to granular calcium carbonate applications. Foremula™ LiquaLime supplies highly soluble and available calcium to the plant and soil, which displaces soil sodium and chloride. Compared to conventional Calcium Carbonate (Limestone), the calcium solubility of Foremula™ LiquaLime is dramatically greater.
- Displaces Sodium
- Displaces Chloride
- Increases water Electrical Conductivity (EC)
- Increases pH of Irrigation Water when injected
- Promotes photosynthesis by generating carbon dioxide
- Fast-release & Intermediate-release calcium
- Enhances nutrient availability for low pH soil
- Alkaline tank buffer
- Decreases SAR (Sodium Absorption Ratio) of Irrigation Water when injected
Foremula™ LiquaLime releases low doses of carbon dioxide from the soil that bathes the turf blade. Carbon dioxide is critical to enhancing photosynthesis during low light and sub-optimal conditions.
Tank mixing with phosphate product is not recommended.
Directions for Use:
Greens, Tees and Fine Turf: Apply 3.0 - 6.0 oz. of FOREMULA™ LiquaGyp with 1.0 - 2.0 gallons of water per 1,000 sq.ft. throughout the growing season. At higher application rates, irrigate for approximately 3 minutes to work the nutrients into the soil. Irrigate that night.
Fairways and Sports Turf: Apply 1.0 - 3.0 gallons of FOREMULA™ LiquaGyp with 44 - 88 gallons of water per acre. (3.0 - 12.0 oz with 1 - 2 gallons of water per 1,000 sq.ft.)
Soil Flush: Apply up to 12 oz of FOREMULA™ LiquaLime every 28 days throughout the growing season. Irrigate for 60 minutes for capillary action (capillarity). If heavy puddling occurs, pulse and pause irrigation as necessary.
Injection Rate: Use FOREMULA™ LiquaLime to increase Electrical Conductivity (EC) and supply available Calcium. Inject at a rate of 1 gallon per 10,000 to 20,000 gallons of irrigation water applied
